B2B Products at Kulipa
With Kulipa, you can issue cards to company employees, acting on behalf of a company. These cards differ from B2C cards in several ways:
- Multiple users and associated cards can be set up against a single wallet.
- A user can have multiple wallets associated (note: this is done technically by duplication of the user, each connected to a single wallet).
- The card code with the networks is B2B rather than B2C, which can translate to different rules & interchange rates.
Onboarding
Currently, company creation is manual:
- Each company has a name, identifier, and status (
inactive/active), user kyc requirement (auto-approve,required). - Companies must pass a KYB process after which they become
active. - Based on the setup and KYB process, users under the company are typically auto-approved and do not require a separate
KYC process.- When creating users, the
companyIdmust be filled. - New users will be
activeif theircompanyis active and kyc requirement of company isauto-approve - If a company becomes
activeand its kyc requirement isauto-approve, any users already created will also become
